No. All our Backyard Offices are built on-site using the same techniques and materials that were used to build your home. This has many advantages for you as a home owner.

In short, absolutely. We tend to be substantially less expensive (not to mention higher quality) than pre-fab competitors. Prefab options usually just include the exterior shell, leaving you to hire subcontractors for everything else (concrete foundation, assembly of the shell, electrical, insulation, drywall, shingles, floor, paint, HVAC, etc.). The options built fully assembled in other states and delivered here tend to have substantial delivery costs (driving it all the way here, craning it in, etc.) and don't include foundation and electrical hook up.

Yes, you certainly can. All our home office sheds are built on-site from the ground up, allowing us to accommodate most requests. Our online 3D configurator is a helpful start, but don't feel limited by its constraints. Anything you can dream up, we can design and build.
